Getting Started

There are many ways to tackle improving your own health.  There are no miracle pills – it requires making changes in what you eat to lose weight.  You can start with getting more exercise, you can change the foods you eat, and you can cut back on portion sizes.  Everyone is different so you will need to decide for yourself how to take your first steps towards losing weight and improved health. 

Most people will have more success by taking a few minutes and deciding on a realistic plan to reach their goals.

Take a few minutes to get some ideas about where you are and where you are headed in making lifestyle changes.  It may just be worth the time in the long run.
